Don't buy her flowers or any crap, stop being a pussy. Go up to her, tell her you like hanging out and that you want to see her more often, stand back and listen to what she says. Don't say "What do you think about us dating?," and definitely don't ask her if she has a boyfriend, or anything about "the next level." Actually, just kiss her and take it from there.
