1st one is a bit 2advanced to my taste :) .. really..second misses something. the pics ont the right in grey should be in color or duotone.. the cenral pic with the man should be changed ? why this guy ? what does he do (too many questions)
menu on top is squeezed. u should make it larger (higher) and chaneg the font
