bottle rocket is right..
10 = 1 + 0 = 1; 10 - 1 = 9
11 = 1 + 1 = 2; 11 - 2 = 9
12 = 1 + 2 = 3; 12 - 3 = 9
etc.
20 = 2 + 0 = 2; 20 - 2 = 18
21 = 2 + 1 = 3; 21 - 3 = 18
etc.
