The people there are really laid back and cool. The founder/creative director is really nice, and designers have no egos at all. Company is run well, and because they don't have to bid for many of their projects (they have a lot of sony pictures and honda stuff lined up for them) they are set finacially. And when you go home at night the chinese programmers have the work ready for you in the morning! (though sometimes there are slight miscommunications).
