yeah it is good if you have no technical knowledge or need to get a site together easily and quickly.
if you are a designer (esp web designer) and you want to show off your work then you'd hope that they'd do something unique to make them stand out from the crowd rather than using indexhibit for their own work.
I know someone that wants me to put together a quick cv kinda site so ive suggested i use that. set up css and some templates then show her how to use it then she can keep the site updated herself.

think eatock's has taken any mentions of having actually invented the 2 frame structure folio site from his own site. it def used to be there.
