Different client, one that I deal with every month and which every month I explain how printing works. I just got this email from her:
What does that mean 'a hires jpeg for printing'?

Context. Im getting word documents with graphs and such in them, to use in a printed doc. One word doc doesn't have the graph so I asked for a jpeg. Every month its the same requests and bizarre results.

    • ask her about the stone roses7point34
    • I love the smell of ink in the morningFariska
    • I'd ask her about it but then I'd be in another conversation spiralling into bizarresville.ian
    • And I get that enough when I just ask for high res images.ian
    • hires designer?
