abso-frickin-lutely. I used to do much the same, get home from work, get changed, do a workout and eat, then look at my laptop and decide I'd rather surf the 'Net, hang out with mates, or just relax...
The downside to this is the fact that the work is still due the next day whether you feel like doing shit or not, so I end up staying up 'til 3am finishing whatever job I've got going.
My advice is to maybe look at your diet... I changed mine a while back and find myself with way more energy late into the day.
