i can picture the following scenario:
sweet old lady walks in to have someone fix her 486 for the 17th time this month. walks right into the end of this conversation: "... don't worry, sir. we'll make sure to get the porn."
you turn and see the lady, turn red and try not to make eye-contact as she winks at you and goes, "they always manage to retrieve mine."
