Went to a party where my costume was "FRAT GUY" and I spiked my hair up, drew really thick sideburns, wore a lot of polo shirts at once, and had a big white bottle that I wrote "ROOFIES" on it and filled it with Starburst.
Not really offensive to anyone but frat guys (and who could care less), but it was good at the time in college.
