One year, I got this big cardboard box and went, "Oh hell yea, I'm going to be a walking coffin!!" Then went, "Oh hell yea, I'm going to get a cape for this coffin ...a red one!!" Then went, "Oh hell yea, I'm going to draw a fucking Superman logo where my chest is on the cardboard coffin!" Then went, "Oh hell yea, I'm putting black X's over my eyes, and curling my hair like Superman!!"
The costume was Christopher Reeve as he had just died weeks prior.
Also made a Kryptonite necklace.
For awhile I was doing just really awful costumes.
I was also the DC Sniper one year before he was even caught. That did not get a lot of laughs outside of my friends, haha.
Lately though I've toned it down completely and decided to put the offensive, or potentially offensive costumes into retirement.
