  - knee blown out.
  - shoulder blown out.
  - herniated disc L5 ( couldn't walk or stand for 3 weeks, was pretty blinding)
  - the sessions of my black work sucked. Long ones 35 total hours of 7 hour sessions. I got sick, couldnt sleep basically for one month.
