play it slow, play it well... most girls love romantic stuff like chocolates, roses, notes, etc.... so, go to the copy room, make a few xerox of your member and write little romantic messages on them like 'be mine', 'wish you were here' or 'thinking of you' (this one works well if you know...try to go with an 11x17 landscape and a little zoom might help a little too)
Once you have them ready, post them in her cubicle, car window, etc...
Let us know how it works and post the notes so that we can check the kerning...
