It's just computer software - there's no loss when Joe Bob at home wants to build a personal page.
As said before simply having a site with Flash on it is advertising for Macromedia. "if you want to see my site, but don't have flash, go HERE to download.
Millions of company's HAVE to purchase the software to operate else they will be shut down. I believe that THAT is where the software manufacturers make and depend on their profits. Not on Joe Bob's home page.
That's that, or should Joe Bob rot in cyber-hell for wanting to learn new software and having a "cool" (keep in mind it's joe bob) home page.
