  I love Michigan... it will always be my home. Detroit will become great again, but it'll take many years. I still like it there, I mean, there's a lot going on in terms of music and design and art. True, most of the design jobs were auto industry related, but I'm sure that'll change too.

  Too many people live in the past in Detroit, because many years ago (1940s i think) it was called the Paris of the midwest. Plus, with Motown Records and all of the great musicians that have come from the area, you can't help but be inspired.

  And hey, 95% of eligible voters in Michigan are registered to vote this year... I think that's pretty great.
