I agree : there are some women that I've worked with that have a very alpha-female approach to projects. I can generally agree with just about everyone, but men can oftentimes be more receptive to criticism (well, I may have worked with special fellows) than some of the women I've worked with. I think it all depends on the chemistry of the group and how managers stimulate, encourage, and inspire their teams (as euphoric and optimistic as that sounds).
