i loved my zune until i had it in my pocket while very intoxicated and i cracked the screen. Took it apart and I'm rebuilding it. In the mean time I have an ipod touch. I love the touch screen but itunes is possibly the biggest piece of shit I have ever encountered. Slow and buggy, shit tools for tagging music compared to Zune software.
only problem with the zune software is that you are then tethered to windoze.
