The zune software is kinda clunky and sometimes does some really odd thing (downloading all your music back to your PC, then deleting it, anyone?) but the player itself is actually really nice. It's just a matter of personal preference really. I'd say the biggest thing is that the ipod is now touch and the zune you just use the scroll button thingy.
