@OSFA.. you do not pay them, the company that hires you pays them a referral fee depending on the structure of the agreement.
A real shitty situation I was in... a company actually got a piece of my check everytime I got paid until I got "hired" by the place I worked for. Half to be exact.
Do not accept temp, most of you would be know it all consultants.
