  Question #2: is it your fault if you couldn't clearly articulate why they needed to spend more?

  • $99 website might be exactly what they are looking for but after speaking with her in depth for a week or so about the project i do not believe that this is the case. & yes i did articulate why she needed to spend more & take the time to develop a strong product
