    my 2 cents:
    Overall
    - nice new interface for all app and new workspaces
    Flash
    ++ 3D features iare awsome
    +++ Motion Editor is fucking great
    + Bones looks good, I am looking foward to use in a interactive / animation project
    + Timeline and tween much much better now
    +++ Properties animation like in AE really great
    + Kuler integration
    --- Still not a decent IDE for AS with intelsence and so on
    - - slower than CS3

    In general I think its a good upgrade but it could have more developing features , they concentrate more on the Design features this time...

    I sugest you guys see the overall bew features in gotoandlearn.com

    P.S. I wouldn't go back to CS3
