  We've all been there, everybody wants the experience but no-one is willing to give it. Try getting in touch with some small studios/agencies to offer up your services free for a month. A lot of agencies will be gearing up to get work done before Christmas.
  Apart from the nil earnings it's a win/win situation - they'll get some free work done and you'll get some valuable studio experience as well as some work to add into your portfolio.

  You never know, prove yourself by the end of the month and you may find you've got a job offer at the end of it.
