they DID hijack THREE planes with box cutters. you jackass. i dont think you coulda done any better than the men in PA who went down.
and YES they WILL NOT LET YOU TAKE ANYTHING suspicious. you can bring your walkman... some cds.. they even made me either pack my camera or let them xray it. keys... everything goes through.
