Things - great task manager, also has desktop version to sync with;
PangeaVR - panorama galleries;
Fring - instant messaging and voip (skype, google talk, etc);
Pool - I love this game;
WeDict - dictionary;
Remote - couch touch control;
Stanza - book reader;
Digital Clock - digigal clock;
Bloomberg - neat UI-wise, good to scare people these days;
IEyes, Pumpkin, Lightsaber, RotaryDialer - check em out gizmos.Cydia (jailbreak outlaw store):
A bunch of WeDict dictionary upgrades;
OpenSSH - a must have to ftp stuff to the phone;
BossPrefs - the handy master toggler for all kinds of stuff;
CopierciN for copy/paste across sms, emails, files, safari forms;
Docs - view pdfs and stuff;
Cycorder - video recorder;
videorecorder3g - promising name, always crashes on launch, not sure why I never erased it.
