My buddy called up, and it took him about three times until he got somebody who took pity on him and reversed the fees. My advice, if the first person is a jerk, then call back and try again. But make sure you are calm, and very courteous each time. You don't want to act like an a-hole because they can write notes in the computer about your previous calls, and then it will be harder.
