your history is your creditability. If you do not have a history of overdraft fees perhaps they will negotiate with you on the fees occurred from the strange timing of deposits and withdrawal. Perhaps negotiate with them 1/2 of the fees. In honesty, times are kinda tough, try to get empathy from the representative and remember you are talking to a human being. I hope this helps.
