    what i noticed about wamu is that they'll purposefully NOT process several hundred dollars worth of purchases until about 5 minutes before your paycheck is deposited ("pending charges" that DON'T show up on their site, or show up then disappear), then hit you with multiple overdraft fees.

    once in college they gave me 11 overdraft charges at once

    another time a charge went through AFTER my check was deposited and they STILL gave me an overdraft charge

    i hate banks

    they're like an enforced, unnecessary evil

    like insurance
