that's how banks fuck you. they apply pending charges before deposits. I believe every major bank does this. So even though time-wise the deposit comes before the withdrawals it doesn't matter because they were posted after official bank hours. When they "officially" open they would have done the same thing so what you saw online was them just reflecting what would have been the procedure in the morning.
