  It's always free here. Half of my family gets it; the other half doesn't. I get it every year or so because I have asthma. I've never had a cold right after getting the shot though. I've never had the flu either, so who knows.

  • What I know is that, when I get a cold, my asthma flares up to about 50%. It's better each year, but still a hindrance.Jaline
