  " Listen you guys, if we cut taxes, well (pause, new labour hand gestures), we don't think it will help becuase (New Labour thoughful pause) you will naturally be too scared to spend the money, and that's what we need... so (new labour hand gestures, new Labour smile) we're going to commission lots and lots of new park benches for the unemployed to sit on, and we're also going to quadruple the amount of speed cameras, as well as introcuding pedestrian speed camera, swearing cameras, and exclusive new ASBO GOLD premier class of criminal justice, and we also thought we'd allow more cigarette advertising in sports events to help justify extra taxes on cigarettes whilst investing in more signs that say NO SMOKING, an ad campaign that says NO SMOKING and some more of those outside ashtrays for smokers to gather round (New Labour smile)".
