I wouldnt swear at a client, but i've definitely had my share of "dh%&dsfdshf" after they've left a meeting or after i've hung up on the phone.

I think the best way for a bit of self satisfaction from being pissed off with a client is to craft an email that makes them look like a complete knob, but really subtly.

I had an email from a client yesterday, she was angry saying that files she'd sent to be uploaded to the site werent showing up.
I previously explained to her that the CMS will ignore them if they are physically too small or spelling inconsistencies in filenames v's database.
She said in her email that she had doublechecked all ...

I checked myself ... filenames not tying up and two images that were too small.

Sent her an email back saying that any images etc NOT appearing on the site isnt to do with the website failing, it is to do with human error and could she please, in future, triplecheck everything.

Being a cheeky c*nt is the best touche!
