    I'm not a morning person, generally speaking. I work in an office full of uber-nerdy, socially awkward types, all of whom seem completely incapable of regulating the volume of their voice. I think that's honestly when I come closest to abusing the fuck out of my colleagues, because it's entirely unnecessary.

    As for abusing clients, these days it's all done in a terribly polite way with a smile on your face.... it's great watching the look on their face as they realise you're giving them shit, not being nice to them.
