I've wanted to flip out on clients so many times... same goes for vendors, well, once at a photographer and then four or five times at printers. But, then I have to remind myself that I've made my share of mistakes in the past. I think when clients really get under your skin and cross boundaries, then by all means fire them (if you're in a position to do so), and of course if you can afford it.
