    While in Brighton I managed to push out a tendon around my elbow again, I often throw my arm away from me to try and 'pop' it back in. So I was ought having a fag at around 5am trying to get my tendon back in when I noticed people returning home from a heavy night were actually crossing the road to avoid me. It only hit me later that it must of looked like I was doing a nazi salute.
