I would like to personally thank each and every single one of the two people who noticed I was gone, both of whom wrote to me personally to enquire as to my well being. May I assure you both that I am very well indeed and have not attempted to defraud the insurance industry by smashing up an old canoe on a beach then living in my wife's cupboard for two years while the claim inspectors approve the payout.
In actual fact I have been vacatoring on the island of Majorca this last week. I kept the news of my impending departure top secret in the misguided belief that old foes might monitor QBN for news of my absense so they can break in to my studio and steal my Kate Bush anthology and/or put my wacom pen up one or more bum holes as an act of disrespect.
Thank you for your concern. You will both be remembered in my memoirs. I may not name you personally as I have completely forgotten who you are, but rest assured you'll, rest, its, rest a... be advised, please be advised to, erm, to... please... keep your, keep
