  We think the preload problem is because of the 300ms delay or so from australia to most other countries - by the time it does the request back and forth or say it's got the data you already have it lol suddenly the preloader will just appear for a short period! There's nothing we can do about that short of hosting it in multiple locations..and it's audience is only part of australia as the product is only sold in 3 states I believe.
