I actually quite like the two-toned text you've got up there - it's different without being offensive, minimal without being dull - it's got a bit of character and it stands out.
For sure, it probably doesn't whet the appetite of a knowing designer - but is the internet clown car of competing egos really what you're targetting?
That said it needs a bit more work and love put in to it - some of the details are quite ugly - but when I see the As and that Y, I'm actually slightly wet.
Well, not quite - but I do quite like it.
Take on board what people here have to say - but balance that off with what you feel inside - it's your logo, after all.
