Always dress well, doesn't matter if it's a leisure zone for them on a daily basis. Be positive even if it makes you and them sick. Smile. Be clean and cut your fingernails. First impressions are everything. If they ask you something you don't know, a prefectly legit response is "at this point, I'm not prepared to answer the question". DId I mention smile and be positive?
