  I like the way you've dealt with the transition from black to blue in the header, but it all feels a bit flat otherwise. It's not offensive in any way, it just doesn't tickle, y'know? Not very 'stylish'. What does that geometric rainbow thing and the lollypop have to do with a 'beauty roster'?

  I'm seeing blue underlines beneath the Featured Members' names.

  I'd expect the graphic fonts you've used to all match, or at least be compatible with each other.
