Than WHAT WAS THE FUCKING RUSH TO RAM THROUGH THAT $700 Billion?? What we couldn't take a week or two to fucking read and digest the thing?? Even President Empty Flightsuit was on my TeeVee warning of Great Depressions and Martial Laws and shit..scaring the hell outta the wimmins and little childruns...so now...now...well, it'll "take some time"???
