I was working out in Dubai this summer branding a new bank called Al Hilal - that was looking ok when I left (although the job continued as they had no respect for deadlines and I had stuff in the UK I had to come back for).
This is their web site - I was working on the print side of things though. I'll try and put some of the work I did up on line over the next couple of days.

While I was there I got myself a pay as you go sim card by etisalat and their packaging and what brand I saw was good.
