I've seen my instructors in the undergraduate program i was in ask kids/people to leave their classes for underperforming and not participating in simple, day-to-day activities like critiques and discussion. It's really a waste of their money and time (yours too) to have kids like that in class. Not to mention they are usually distracting when they have outbursts or complain about doing the simple things that everyone else is willing to do/learn.
- I've seen them do it kindly (and not so kindly) too. Guess it depends on the level of your frustration.d_rek
