eegrek, you are missing the point entirely. it doesn't matter how liberals feel this debate went. how we weigh in has no bearing on republicans vote, or their decision to vote. when they see an empowered hometown pageant queen talking smack to the crusty old battle-worn senator, they see her as the underdog. this is what disney movies are made of and they can identify with that.
denial isn't going to help here. you betcha!
