    Hi. This is James. I made the book. It's interesting to see so many people having a good old rant about this, and even replacing a page with an ASCII stretched open arse. How exciting!

    Anyway. I made this book because I thought that lots of designers would buy it, and it would be a quick and effective way to raise loadss for UNICEF if it took off, and it did: it sold out 2000 copies in two weeks. So yes it was a niche product for a niche market, but it did what I hoped.
