I knew someone who was a phenomenal drink and drug hound and he went out there for a few years. Fuck alone knows how he managed to not get caught but he would have been nose first into the powder bag on a regular basis.
He also apparently flew into the country with a suitcase full of sex toys and they really didn't like that but couldn't stop him. Thats the story anyway.
