I got an offer but it's quite a bit less than what I asked for. I did aim a bit high though, and the offer is still bang smack in the middle of estimated salaries for the area. It's difficult to tell if it's less than what I was making back in PA. Unfortunately they know I have no other interviews and no offers, and that I really need this job. I don't think I have any room for bargaining here. They do great work, and I like the people I've met so far. It might be a step back for me financially but I'd probably learn a lot at this place.
