Well not too long ago, the designers in my company would do late nighters and all nighters together and really bonded. We were like a real team untill a few of them left the company for unrelated reasons. Then a few non team player designer were hired and f'd things up. They all take off at 5 on the dot and don't help anyone else out (kinda made it a shitty environment). So what Im getting at is now Im starting to look like my shit isnt together when I stay late. Even though I get commended on my work and my deadlines are always met.
Another problem I have is that I care too much about what my work looks like and designing great things. Ive tried not giving a shit about what the work looks like jsut to get it done and out by 5 but that defeats the purpose of what I do.- leaving for unrelated reasons = having a life?rafalski
