gonna have to go with www.flashkit.com, where I was a Flash and design moderator for 3 or 4 years back when I was in college and after when I wasn't working full time. Learned so much from critiquing sites there back when the Flash world was a zoo of dumb experimental crap and very few people were doing anything with a tangible point to it.
It's pretty cool to see what can be done with it these days. Even looking at the iPhone I am typing on now, I always think of the early praystation stuff, friction and fluid movement of scrolling and how you can see an influence in menu navigation.
It has been a while since I did anything with flash but hoping to get back into it. Flashkit was always a great resource and community so I highly suggest it.
