Definitely needs some prompting that the portfolios are viewed view the words. Don't underestimate how dumb some people can be... it took me a while to realise there was work to view. I know this has already been said but I just thought I'd reiterate.
I'm not hugely excited by your typography on the main page. It looks wrong somehow. A bit Powerpointy, a bit word processy in the tracking and kerning.
To go with a bold typographic opener like that I would really look hard at the letter spacing, word spacing and character kerning and make it sing.
Otherwise though, nice and refreshing. Simple, clean, good.
