  Actually one point -
  when Asked if I'm a new client and I say yes... why would I need to talk to you? I'm already a client, therefore I would have no need of the "potentially new business email". It would make sense if I wasn't an clicked no. In fact, when I click no you say email Ben or Ian. Who are those people? How would I know who those people are? I wasn't introduced.

  I propose you switch the results of yes and no. A new client would (hopefully) know your names already.
