    I like the front of the card, but the back needs a bit of work.

    I would:
    1.Lose the lines on the back.
    2.Simplify the list of what you do
    and simplify your title
    3.Lose the underscores
    4.If you want to use the D as a watermark try blowing it up and using just a part of it, (have it run off the page). If you do use a watermark I don't think I would use the blue bar behind your name.
